Fuel Density Meter FD-5110 New

Achieves high accurate mass flow measurement with a new fuel density meter and volumetric flow detector

By connecting with the FM-3100 Digital Flow Meter, the FD-5110 Fuel Density Meter can measure temperature and density data in real time. In addition, the FP series Volumetric Flow Detectors with wide range ability and the FD-5110 are the best choice for achieving the accurate mass flow measurement.

1.Achieves low pressure loss and high accuracy in small flow rate

With the use of the FP series volumetric flow detector, the pressure loss of 20 kPa or less (at 60 L/h) is achieved. The detector can be installed with the minimum pressure fluctuations of the flow path. Compared to the FZ-2200A, the measurement accuracy in the low flow range is improved. Thus, it is ideal for starting test.

On-board Volumetric Flow Detector FP-4135

The FP-4135 On-Board Volumetric Flow Detector is the high-precision positive displacement flow detector to measure the fuel flow rate of liquids such as gasoline, light oil and kerosene combined with the Ono Sokki DF-2200 On-Board Flow Meter or the FM series Digital Flow meter.
Because the flow rate range is as wide as 0.1 to 200 L/h (measurement range ratio 2000 : 1 ), it can measure from very low flow rate in an idling state to large amount of flow rate in a high-load state when a fuel with a low heating value such as alcohol is used.
Also, since the flow detecting part is compact and its operating temperature range is -30 to +100°C, it can be installed inside an engine room to measure the actual driving fuel efficiency.

Features

1. Improved vibration resistance & environment resistance

The detection part and the signal processing part are separated in consideration of temperature changes in the engine room and use in environmental tests. It supports vibration of about 3 G and environmental temperature of -30 °C to +100 °C, and has excellent vibration resistance and environmental resistance.

2. Ultra compact filter, built-in temperature sensor

Downsized filter achieves 70% reduction in volume. (Compared to the FP-2140H)
An ultra compact filter is equipped as standard inside to protect the detector from impurities contained in the fuel.
The filter is removable and easy to maintaine every test. A built-in temperature sensor is also equpped as standard.

3. One-touch connection with SAE joint (option)

Repeated measurement of section fuel consumption during actual driving

Taking advantage of the compact and lightweight speedometer, the LC-8300A, mount it on a motorcycle to measure mean velocity, fuel consumption, and fuel efficiency every 10 m from the start. From the results, the fuel efficiency will be evaluated.

he Volumetric Flow Detector FP-213S, FP-2140S are volumetric flow detectors, used in combination with the Digital Flow Meter FM/DF series, for precision measurement of fuel flow such as gasoline, light oil and kerosene.
They are suitable for those who want to evaluate the engine performance by measuring the minute flow rate of a small engine and making the fuel supply pressure as close as possible to the actual vehicle state.

Features

1. Low pressure loss compensation function (10 Pa or less)

 

They provide the pressure loss compensation function that compensates the pressure loss by servo-driving the motor coupled with the rotary encoder to keep the free piston at the neutral position (zero difference of pressure).

principle

The position of the free piston is always detected by the eddy current sensor. The low pressure of 10 Pa or less and the highly accurate flow rate meassurement are available.

Achieves accurate and wide range of mass flow measurement from small to large flow rate

In engine evaluations such as emission mode tests and transient tests for performance evaluation, the evaluation methods have been shifting from steady-state tests to transient tests. In the evaluation of fuel consumption, the requirement for evaluating the fuel consumption characteristics in transient duration has been increasing as well as the total fuel consumption for each mode. The FP-5000 series has achieved high pulse resolution and wide measurement range. It enables to detect changes in the flow rate effectively and responsively, and measure large flow rate. It can be used when the flow rate increases, such as when measuring alcohol fuel.

Motor torque detector MT series

High-performance motors including ultra-precision motors are used in various fields. Many different types of motors are used in versatile applications, such as ultra-high-speed motors used in home appliances, low-speed motors used in OA equipment and AV equipment, and ultrasonic motors

Ono Sokki provides wide variety types of torque detectors as the MT-series. You can select to meet requirements, including measurements for high speed rotation motor, for large capacity motor, for torque ripple, and for cogging torque.

Further, the MT series with the compact high-rigidity torque detector RH series have been added.
The RH type torque detector (10 Nm / 20 Nm) is a torque detector that achieves high accuracy (± 0.05% F.S.) and high rigidity (4.5 times that of our existing models). It enables to measure torque fluctuations of motors in a higher frequency range with higher accuracy.

* TS-8700 Torque Station Pro is required for motor characteristics measurement separately in addition to the MT series detector.

Features

ONO SOKKI’s LA series sound level meters can simultaneously measure and selectively display seven sound parameters, including the equivalent continuous sound level (Leq). These parameters include time-weighted sound level (Lp), time-average sound level (Leq), sound exposure level (LE), maximum time-weighted sound level (Lmax), minimum time-weighted sound level (Lmin), peak sound level (Lpeak), and percentile sound pressure level (LN). The SC-2500A and SC-2120A are sound calibrators which are indispensable for sound measurement, conforming to JIS C1515:2004 ( and SC-2500A / IEC 60942:2020). The SC-2500A is Class 1 type sound calibrator with 1000 Hz and 114 dB output. It uses the sound pressure feedback control method to control fluctuations in sound pressure caused by static pressure to generate a stable sound pressure even if the operating environment changes. SC-2500A are recommended sound calibrator for LA-1411/1441A/4441A. The SC-2120A is Class 2 speaker type sound calibrator with 1 kHz and 94 dB output.

LA-7500

The LA-7000 series sound level meter features a large color LCD touch panel, significantly improving operation with its intuitive and easy-to-understand interface. This noise meter not only measures and computes noise levels but also allows for listening to the sound during measurement, facilitating the identification of sound sources and confirming recordings. With optional upgrades, it can evolve beyond a sound level meter to function as a sound analyzer, frequency analyzer, and sound recorder. The LA-7000 series enables efficient measurement work by combining noise measurement, sound recording, frequency analysis, and abnormal sound source detection in a single device. Furthermore, data saved with the LA-7000 series can be combined with various analysis software, enabling waveform analysis, sound quality evaluation, fluctuating sound analysis, and sound frequency simulation.

TS-8700 Torque Station Pro is torque measurement system for motor basic property with high precision and high response.
In combination with the motor torque detector MT series with the TH series torque detector, it is possible to perform high-precision, high-response motor torque measurement with up to 5.12 kHz sampling and ± 0.1 % of accuracy.
In addition, the high rigidity compact torque detector RH series (10 N・m/ 20 N・m) can be mounted on the MT series. It has achieved more highly accurate measurement with ±0.05 %/F.S.
This system is ideal for measuring torque fluctuations of motors on-board such as EPS motors.

High precision/ high response

When combined with the MT detector with the TH type torque detector, the torque measurement accuracy is ± 0.1% and the maximum sampling frequency is 5.12 kHz.
In addition, a new compact high-rigidity torque detector RH type can be mounted. The RH type torque detector (10 Nm / 20 Nm) is a torque detector that achieves high accuracy (± 0.05% F.S.) and high rigidity (4.5 times that of our existing models). It enables to measure torque fluctuations of motors in a higher frequency range with higher accuracy.

 

Temperature measurement*, temperature trigger measurement*

8ch temperature measurement with a T-type thermocouple, and temperature trigger function are optionally supported. They allow starting measurement automatically after warm-up operation.

 

Rotation angle measurement*, rotation angle sampling*

>Rotation angle and angle sampling are measured by using the pulses from encoder built-in a target motor. When an encoder is optionally added to the MT-82 T/M (except certain models) detector for cogging torque/torque ripple measurement, rotation angle and angle sampling can be measured in units of 0.1°.

Link function to OC-1300 series Graph creation software, and OS-2000 series Time series data analysis software

Data of measurement result can be transferred to OC-1300 series and OS-2000 series immediately by link function. You can transfer data of measurement results by the link button.
•Efficient and speedy report creation by using a template of OC-1300 series, such as a calibration certificate or others.
•Data evaluation in same time axis by OS-2000 series
The torque data measured by TS-8700 and the sound/vibration data recorded by DS-3000 can be evaluated in the same time axis on the OS-2000 series with this link function.
•Further analysis including FFT analysis can be performed as a secondary processing with the OS-2000 series.

Link function to DS-3000 series

Using this function, you can make measurement start/stop the DS-3000 synchronizing with those timing of TS-8700.
(Using EXT SEQUENCE2 as a DS synchronization signal can reduce the influence of the delay in recording start due to communication, compared to Link measurement on a LAN connection.)

FFT Analyzer CF-9200A/9400A

The CF-9200A and CF-9400A are an all-in-one portable FFT analyzers. All FFT analysis operations can be performed with the integrated hard keys and capacitance type touch panel without requiring an external PC for analysis. The new, exclusively developed 100kHz high-performance analysis front-end system incorporating a 24-bit A/D converter enables easier and more reliable analysis of noise and vibration generated by plant lines, pumps, motors, automobiles, railway vehicles, home electrical appliances and devices, and electrical and electronic parts than previous models. The CF-9200A and CF-9400A also offer solutions for field workers in their FFT analysis, including the resonance and frequency characteristics of mechanical structures in a vibrating environment with electromagnetic vibrators and impulse hammers.

Standard functions

Real-time tripartite graph/VC Curves* (Vibration Criterion Curves) display function

The CF-9200A/9400A comes with a new real-time tripartite graph*1 display function.
During FFT analysis, three amplitude values (acceleration (m/s2) /velocity (m/s) /displacement (m) ) for an arbitrary frequency can be read out in real time. This function will eliminate the need to convert the amplitude by carrying out differentiation and integration individually by the frequency analysis function as with the previous models, thus enabling data at that amplitude to be read speedily. Displaying VC curves*2 after 1/3 octave processing helps to judge the allowable vibration reference or setting environment evaluation of precision instrument which is sensitive for vibration such as AFM, electronic microscope and laser interferometer.

*2 VC Curves are proposed as the allowable minute vibration reference of when precision instrument is set. The evaluation by 1/3 octave band width is used in VC Curves. Wide & dynamic range

The CF-9000A series features a new 24-bit A/D front-end system, offering 120dB wide dynamic range. This eliminates the need for voltage range change in A/D oversampling, which otherwise needs to be frequently performed in acoustic or vibration measurement.

Measuring and data recording do not need to be repeated, making calculation and analysis much more efficient and the FFT analyzer easier to operate even for novices.

Isolated all inputs

With the CF-9000A series, all signal input channels are isolated (insulated). Highly resistant to ground loops and noise, the unit offers highly reliable measuring performance in locations prone to potential difference.

The isolation scheme also protects the crucial areas of the FFT system from sensors or signals that can be exposed to harmful transient voltages.

CCLD*equipped, TEDS*available

By each input channel with CCLD, an accelerometer with built-in preamplifier, charge convertor for charge output type accelerometer or a microphone can be connected directly to the CF-9200A/9400A. And using TEDS sensor enables power supply and unit calibration to sensor automatically.

*CCLD (Constant Current Line Drive) means the sensor interface using Constant Current Supply. CCLD from an accelerometer with built-in preamplifier or a microphone preamplifier enables direct connection to an FFT Analyzer without using external amplifier. 2 to 4 mA of CCLD is commonly used.

*TEDS (Transducer Electronic Data Sheet) is a general term for the method which contains information relevant to the sensor. It is defined in the IEEE 1451 series. As information of the sensor is automatically read to the TEDS available measurement devices or amplifiers, the user is ready to take measurements. It can avoid setting error and also saves you time and effort of troubling calibration and measurement preparation.

Easy operation through a touch panel interface

The CF-9000A series employs a 10.4 LCD capacitance type touch panel, allowing the operator to pinch and swipe FFT graphs. The band or gain of your choice can be widened or narrowed with a simple and intuitive action.

Reliable inputs with the new hard keys

With the CF-9000A series, operations such as turning the power on and off, changing data types and saving data are carried out using the new large hard keys. The positive feel of these keys assists fast and correct input even in unstable or dark sites, helping to prevent failures to save data and malfunctions caused by inadvertent inputs. Lock function (HOLD) for hard keys and touch panel are also effective.

Highly visible LED indicators

The status of major FFT operations are shown by LED indicators. The hard keys for major functions also have LED indicators. This enables the operator to monitor FFT operations even from a distance, such as the power-up process, the charge status of the secondary batteries and A/D oversampling.

 
Cable disconnection detecting function

Automatically detects cable disconnection or connector trouble of an accelerometer and a microphone*, preventing trouble before measurement. With the CF-9000A series, this function can be made disable.

FFT Basic analysis functions

Time-axis waveform

Performs A/D conversion of the raw waveform of an electrical signal of vibration, noise, pressure, strain, etc. coming from a sensor and then displays the result as time-domain data.
The X and Y-axis values at any point can directly be read using the search cursor. The delta cursor function makes it easier to read the time difference and level difference.
The time-axis data analysis function enables quantitative time-axis waveform analysis and diagnosis of such items as mean value (MEAN), root mean squared value (RMS) and crest factor (Crest Factor).


Torque Meter TQ-5300

TQ-5300 Torque meter, used with the TQ-2000 series High-stiffness torque detector, can convert the pulse output of the detector to digital torque value and analog voltage output.

Four kinds of digital interface (newly added EtherCAT, CAN, and existing RS-232C) are provided as options as digital output, which allow digital communication at higher speed. These digital interfaces can output torque measurement value without decreasing accuracy that the torque detector originally has.
High speed response analog output is enabled by adopting periodical calculation method to convert it for every one cycle of the pulse.

Remote I/O function, communication function, and interlock function are provided as standard, which are very useful for assembled system.

Optional multi-range function (TQ-0536) covers settings for multiple torque capacities in one torque detector.

Multi-range measurement function

 

Optional multi-range function (TQ-0536) covers settings for multiple torque capacities in one torque detector. No need to replace a torque detector for measurement of different torque capacities. You can easily switch measurement range by saving information of the torque detector including factor, capacity, etc. in advance

● Range switching by menu mode or external mode.
● Measurement error is prevented by checking current range setting with range output when switching ranges in external mode.

Analog output at high speed response

Signal output frequency detected by the TQ-2000 detector fluctuates according to the amount of torque detected. The TQ-5300 torque meter calculates for every one cycle the frequency which corresponds to the detected torque amount, and outputs them as analog signal at high response. It enables optimum control by following up the transient torque having wide fluctuation.

 

Used with TQ-3507 High Stiffness Torque Detector

TQ-3507 high stiffness torque detector is optimum for the motor torque test which requires high speed rotation such as a motor for driving EV/HEV.

 

Analog output of rotation speed

Simultaneous analog output of torque·rotation speed value.
Using TQ-0531 (option) enables 2-ch output of torque signal.
This function is helpful when you use outputs in different purpose. For example, you can output data for controlling and recording with a single torque meter.

Comparator output:

When the torque value exceeds the torque value specified in advance, it is considered to be abnormal and contact output is executed.
As for comparator output, it has three channels to be set. Two channels are able to be set the value freely, and comparator output is automatically performed from one channel when torque value exceeds the 110% of the maximum. Two channels which can be freely specified are able to be set to rotation output.

Digital Torque Meter
TS-2800

The TS-2800 is a torque meter for phase difference type torque detectors. Can be used with our long-selling torque detectors SS/DD series and high accuracy, high response type TH series. Since all signals are digitally processed, torque measurement can be performed with great stability, reproducibility and linearity.

 

The TS-2800 can output analog voltage, rotation pulse*, BCD*, and RS-232C as well as displaying measurement values digitally. Compact and space-saving design is enough to fit your measurement system yet the installation space are limited.

Measuring torque ripple for each rotation speed of a small motor. (Tracking analysis of rotation speed)

Motor torque varies repeatedly with constant period and constant width due to interlinkage magnetic flux. The difference between the maximum and the minimum torque compared to the average torque is defined torque ripple. Measuring torque ripple arrives at solution for sound and vibration problems, and less ability to control caused by electromotive force.

Checking hinge torque characteristics of OA equipment, cell phones etc.

 

This example shows how to measure the torque characteristics of hinges used in various products such as electric home appliance (rice cooker or microwave), OA equipment (fax or copy machine) and PCs or cell phones. The SS series torque detector suits to wide variety of torque measurement application, including performance test of motors, pumps, compressors, blowers, turbines and gears. Micro capacity type high-speed rotation torque detector TH-3000/3000H Series

TH-3000 series is a torque detector designed for very low torque (less than 2 N· m) with high response and high accuracy. Two types are available depending on your applications.

 

The TH-3000 series is standard type, and the TH-3000H is for high speed rotation.

It enables accurate torque detection from small precise machines and other machineries with high resolution. Excellent at response, torque ripple produced in actual rotation speed can also be measured.

 

The TH-3000 series works for development of a small rotating object which is required energy efficiency and noise-free. Selectable from rated torque 0.05 N· m, 0.2 N· m, 0.5 N· m or 2 N· m.

TH-3000/3000H series is used in combination with the TS-2800 Digital Torque Meter.

Line driver output with strong noise immunity. Suitable for in-line use.

· Matching is not necessary at changing cable length
The matching is not required when the cable length is changed. Up to 50 m of cable can be used.

· Compatible size with MD series
Easy replacement from Ono Sokki’s long selling torque detector MD series. It has same outer dimensions to the TH-3000/3000H series.

· Easy coupling
Easier to mount coupling because the shaft length to be used has become longer than the previous models.

· High durability
Non-contact detection. No moving part brings ease of maintenance and less trouble.
(*1)Due to output characteristics of torque meter. The TH-0511 High-speed analog output function (option of the TH-5100 torque meter) is required. The value can be restricted by torsional resonance of equipments.

(*3)The value is maximum overload that the TH-3000 series can withstand when an instantaneous torque is applied, not the maximum value to be used continuously.
